This skyscraper is designed to solve the problem of power shortage . ‘ Power-pack ‘ is to store power for emergencies . The skyscraper can also to be expected to replace the High-voltage tower . While transporting electric current , some will be surplus , those overage power have no way to go but to delivier back to the power plant .
