Many countries are still suffer in lack of electricity , like India . This skyscraper is designed to solve the problem of power shortage . &#8216; Power-pack &#8216; is to store power for emergencies . The skyscraper can also to be expected to replace the High-voltage tower . While transporting electric current , some will be surplus , those overage power have no way to go but to delivier back to the power plant .
